Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 22, 2026
We want our refund policy to be clear and fair. Because our courses are digital products that provide access to online educational content, refund eligibility is based primarily on whether the purchased course content has been accessed.
This Refund Policy applies to both individual and institutional purchases.
1. Individual Course Purchases
An individual purchase of a single course may be eligible for a refund provided that the purchaser has not accessed the purchased course.
Once the purchaser accesses the course, the purchase is considered to have been used and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Individual Bundle Purchases
A bundle purchase may be eligible for a refund provided that the purchaser has not accessed any course included in the purchased bundle.
Once the purchaser accesses any course included in the bundle, the bundle is considered to have been used and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Accessing one course within a bundle constitutes access to the purchased bundle for purposes of this Refund Policy.
3. Institutional Purchases
Refund eligibility for institutional purchases is determined on a per-seat basis.
A seat remains potentially eligible for a refund until a user assigned to that seat accesses a course included in the institutional purchase.
Once a user assigned to a seat accesses any course included in the purchased course or bundle, that seat is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
The use of one seat does not automatically make all other seats in the institutional purchase non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds for Institutional Purchases
If only some seats in an institutional purchase have been used, the institution may request a refund for the remaining eligible seats.
For example, if an institution purchases 25 seats and users assigned to 5 of those seats have accessed course content, those 5 seats are considered used and non-refundable under this policy. The remaining 20 seats may remain eligible for a refund provided that course content has not been accessed using those seats.
Any seats for which a refund is issued will be removed from the institution's remaining seat entitlement and may no longer be assigned or used.
Any refund amount will be based on the amount actually paid for the eligible seats, subject to applicable taxes, adjustments, and legal requirements.
5. Determining Whether Course Content Has Been Accessed
For purposes of this Refund Policy, course content is considered accessed when an authorized user successfully opens or launches a purchased course through our platform.
Our system may maintain records of course access, including the user, course, and date and time of access. These records may be used to determine refund eligibility and to address payment disputes.
Simply purchasing a course, receiving access credentials, creating an account, or, in the case of an institutional purchase, assigning or redeeming a seat does not by itself constitute access to course content under this policy.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at:
Email: [email protected]
Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the purchase, such as your name, email address, order information, and, for institutional purchases, the name of the institution.
We will review the relevant purchase and course-access records to determine eligibility under this Refund Policy.
Approved refunds will be returned using an appropriate refund method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.
7. Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a problem with a purchase or charge, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can review the transaction and attempt to resolve the matter.
We reserve the right to provide payment processors, financial institutions, or other parties involved in a payment dispute with relevant transaction, account, enrollment, and course-access records where appropriate and permitted by law.
8. Technical Problems
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing purchased course content, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
A temporary or resolvable technical problem does not automatically qualify a purchase for a refund. If we are unable to provide access to content that was properly purchased, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
9. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any refund, cancellation, consumer protection, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where applicable law provides rights or remedies that conflict with this Refund Policy, the requirements of applicable law will apply.
